Job Description:
Under general supervision of the Respiratory Therapy Supervisor, delivers life-support, resuscitation, monitoring and various medical gases therapy to patients. Assists patients of all ages with acute and chronic illness in returning to a productive lifestyle through the education and the application of various therapeutic modalities. May perform diagnostic testing and monitoring through the application / use of spirometry both at bedside and in conjunction with physician orders for pulmonary function studies.
Performs invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures to Intensive Care and General Practice Units patients. Communicates effectively with patients, co-workers, physicians and other system employees as needed, regarding patient care needs. Adequately documents all aspects of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Performs patient assessment, care-planning and collaboration with other health care providers . Patient care provides 100% of work hours.
- Maintains high standards of clinical excellence, according to Departmental policies.
- Performs specific duties as determined by site assignments, which may include equipment cleaning, maintenance, repair and testing.

General Purpose:
Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.
Essential Job Functions
This facility expects their employees to promote an atmosphere of teamwork with other employees and hospitality and comfort for its residents. Therefore, the following list of duties is not all-inclusive:
- Provide personal care (i.e., grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.) of residents daily and as needed.
- Change bed linen and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident room on a regular basis.
- Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
- Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned.
- Routinely turn and position residents as necessary.
- Observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse.
- Recognize a resident’s ability to make choices and support these within the constraints of the caregiving environment.
- Participate in collecting data needed for the accurate completion of the MDS and the plan of care. Provide input to the nurses for development of the plan of care.
- Provide adequate hydration to residents at regular intervals each day according to specific resident needs.
- Prepare residents for each meal and transport to dining room (unless resident on bed rest) making sure that food tray is accessible, self-help devices are available (if needed), and assistance is provided to those residents who cannot feed themselves.
- Keep an accurate record of food intake and output, as directed.
- Assist nursing staff with the basics of aseptic and sterile techniques to avoid infection of residents and self-contamination of equipment and supplies.
- Be alert for proper ventilation, temperature, light and noise control.
- Take TPR, blood pressure, weighing of residents, etc. as directed.
- Promptly answer call lights and other resident needs.
- Utilize proper body mechanics when lifting or transporting residents.
- Assist in the orientation and training of other staff, as requested.
- Attend in-service education programs in order to meet facility educational requirements.
- Be familiar with Standard Precautions, Exposure Control Plan, Fire Drill and Evacuation Procedures and know how to use the information.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility records/information.
- Protect residents from neglect, mistreatment, and abuse.

The Mental Health Technician II (MHT) provides services to people who experience serious mental illness. The Registered Respiratory Therapist II is responsible for medication administration and implementing respiratory care based on expanded knowledge, experience, and the evaluate-and-treat process. The RRT 2 is responsible for delivering patient care in complex, multiple problem-patient care situations. The majority of time is in critical care areas with protocol ventilator management, significant independent decision-making and selfdirection.
In addition, to patient care delivery, the RRT is responsible for patient, family/support system education, coordination of activities, staff development, and professional and self-developmental activities. The RRT 2 is responsible for providing patient care with an understanding and awareness of population specific needs. The RRT 2 addresses the biological, emotional, and developmental, psychosocial, and patient/family education needs when providing care to the patient. Also participates in the education of new employees and others. Performance of this job will also require a close working relationship with the Medical staff and Respiratory Care Leadership.

Qualifications
Required Minimum Education
- Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy education program (CoARC or CAAHP) with minimally 20 quarter hours of science (B.S. degree preferred).
Required Minimum Licensure
- NBRC credential as an advanced level RRT Respiratory Care Professional and holds an active GA Respiratory Care Professional License.
Required Minimum Experience
- NRP/PALS preferred; WHH-LTAC requires 3yrs experience of ventilator management, 5yrs preferred
Required Minimum Skills

Medication History Specialist - PRN Reports to Pharmacy Department. Integral member of the Emergency Dept. team, responsible for working with patients who have been identified for admission to obtain and document best possible medication history. MHS role is essential to assure high quality and safe care by reducing medication duplications, commissions and possible errors. Interview and inquiry techniques with patient, family, pharmacy to compile best possible medication history. Responsible for entering all home medication orders into EMR. Monitor tracking board for potential admissions and highly complex patients to complete medication history to assist in delivery of quality care. Upon notification of admission, responsible for updating home medication record in EMR to match ordered and or active prescription medications.
Possess service excellence skills, setting patient and family at ease, demonstrating patience and compassion at the bedside.Will work under direction of Pharmacy Leadership, ED Leadership, Medication Safety Officer, and nurses as needed to resolve any discrepancies/errors in home medication orders.
Qualifications
Required Minimum Education: High School graduate or possess a GED.
Medical Terminology highly preferred.
Required Minimum Certification: Licensed as Certified Pharmacy Technician from the National Technician Licensing Board. Registered with the Georgia State Board of Pharmacy.

Provide guests with treatments as advertised by the spa and excellent guest service to support the property as well as the brand positioning.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled massages in accordance with policies and procedures and brand standards
- Stock and ensure cleanliness of massage rooms and equipment
- Provide high level of guest service at all times to all guest of the spa
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Perform any other job related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, bend and perform duties required for specific modalitties
- Ability to stand and move throughout spa and continuously perform essential job functions.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc.
- Should have knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Must possess at least 500 hours of hands on massage experience
- Must provide reputable school certification
