- The clinical pharmacist I practices as a pharmacy generalist in one or more patient care areas.
- In addition to direct patient care activities, this position is responsible for participating in departmental or institutional quality, safety, and cost-saving initiatives.
- Practices as a clinical pharmacist generalist in one or more patient care areas.
- Ensures appropriate therapy and institutional outcomes. Consistently provides patient-centered, interdisciplinary pharmaceutical care.
- Proactively reviews and processes orders accurately and efficiently. Prevents and/or resolves drug-related problems to ensure safety, efficacy, and cost-efficiency by consulting with the ordering prescriber and appropriately documents.
- Performs daily in-depth patient profile review to assess, monitor and recommend appropriate drug therapy as applicable.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Typically supervises a staff of 2 - 5 employees.
- Trains new clinical trials staff.
- Tracks enrollment, sponsor payments, and salary. Provides leadership in business development.
- Assists residents in preparing research projects by facilitating IRB submissions and protocol writing.
- Responsible for preparing NIH proposals and routing through the system.
- Assists in creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures.
- Performs related responsibilities as required.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- A bachelor's degree in a related field and eight (8) years experience in clinical trials, two of which are in the clinical area.
- A master's degree and four years of experience in clinical trials, one of which is in the clinical area will be considered equivalent.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Clinical Lead Advanced Practice Provider Role is to provide shift accountability for the clinical, administrative and human resources activities for the Advanced Practice Provider Services (APPs), as well as provide support to the Chief.
- Additionally, will practice in an advanced role and coordinate the delivery of high quality, family/patient centered appropriate patient care within the designated service area.
- Responsibilities In this role, provides oversight and leadership for greater than 10 APPs or APPs at multiple locations
- Maintains own clinical competencies as required by medical staff privileging Ensures organizational and medical staff standards of competencies and quality and safety initiatives are met by participating in the competency process through Med Staff and development of policies, procedures, and practice guidelines to optimize APP practice within the institution

- Perform detailed cleaning in a commercial kitchen. Typical daily tasks include:

- Straightening and organizing
Days: Typically, Monday through Friday. Opportunities for weekend days also.
Hours: Flexible starting time. This job is typically performed in afternoons and evenings. 8-hour shifts.

The Liaison, Clinical is an essential member of the clinical team as a facilitator for admissions, clinical assessments, and discharges, and other professional tasks which allows the therapists to focus on providing treatment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the scheduling of onsite admissions, including maintaining an updated, shared availability calendar with admissions-responsible departments.
- Act as liaison between admissions, programming, client, and or parent(s)/guardian.
- Conduct record review of clinical and medical screening questionnaires, IP treatment records, IEP academic records, referent-provided information, releases of information and custody paperwork, as needed.
- Conduct face-to-face, biopsychosocial, risk and other clinical assessments as required.

- Assign safety risk level and elopement risk level, triaging risk with onsite program and clinical staff to ensure accommodations to manage risk in place prior to admission.
- Assign provisional admitting diagnoses; consults with Clinical Director or Psychiatrist as needed.
- Complete intake/admission paperwork with parents and client (may depend on site).
- Generate EHR chart for new admits, uploads, and completes all admission documentation.
- Facilitates client’s completion of intake surveys.
- Communicate with parents about admission, denials, and/or admission contingencies.
- Provide parents with Denial of Admission Letter indicating rationale for denial and referral recommendations.
- Conduct tours with parents and clients as requested.
- Support programming and client treatment as needed (typically when not facilitating admissions, when another therapist is out, or during periods of site growth) which may include individual or group therapy sessions, client activities, or crisis management.
- Participate in all treatment team meetings to remain aware of all clients for appropriate case management and parental communication.
- Complete documentation in a timely manner (may include assessments, treatment plans, progress and group notes, discharge summary) according to established standards.

Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in a clinical specialization from a state approved graduate school required.
- Licensed in Marriage Family Therapy, Counseling, or Social Work in the state in which working required.
- Experience working with adolescents or young adults with mental health and substance use disorders.
- Experience in clinical intake and assessment process.
- Willing to be trained and supervised within the framework of the ABFT family therapy model and utilize the ABFT framework in family therapy.
- Willing to participate in other company required clinical and therapeutic modality trainings.
- Experience in facilitating individual, group or family therapy with adolescents and young adults.
- Experience working within a residential or outpatient setting preferred.

- Perform office duties and clinical tasks - entering data into EMR, providing patient services; measurement of intraocular pressure (tonometry), pre-operative preparation of patient, maintanence and repair of equipment and instruments, perform ocular imaging including OCT, Topography, fundus photography, preparation of surgical instruments and equipment, aseptic technique, operating room assistance for minor and refractive surgeries; preparation and labeling of microscope slide and culture media obtained by physcian; performing amblyopia treatment including patching, drops, and prism; intraocular lens power calculations; post-operative education; cleaning, maintaining, and running the refractive laser equipment, proficient in sterilization and sterile technique, understanding and knowledge of refractive procedures, pre- and post-operative patient instruction and care; maintain refractive operating suite; stock supplies MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; and three (3) years of related experience.
- Obtain COA within one (1) year of hire and COT within 2 years of hire date.
- Will need to become certified on Lasik lasers and microkeratomes.

Description
JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists in the evaluation and treatment of patients. Documents the delivery of care in the individual's medical records. Conducts patient interviews and documents patient histories, psychosocial histories, health status and medical problems or potential problems. Under the direction of a physician, performs physical examinations and specialized diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures including cast application and removal, wound suturing and dressing changes. Assists physician in diagnosing medical problems, developing care plans, and prescribing treatment. Orders, schedules and/or performs laboratory tests and diagnostic procedures such as urinalyses, pregnancy and blood tests, and x-rays. Communicates necessity, preparation, nature and anticipated effects of scheduled procedures to patient. In collaboration with physician, arranges for consultations with or referrals to other medical professional or community services. Educates patient on health habits, self-examinations, behavior management, need for follow-up assessments/treatments, at home medical care, medication and other issues related to medical or health problems. Works with manager to formulate plan for professional development. Attends educational in-services as appropriate. Participates in professional activities and organizations to maintain knowledge of current trends, practices, and developments. Maintains and updates current, accurate patient records including medical assessment, interventions, and evaluations. Collects and interprets diagnostic data to implement appropriate care patient care plans. Prepares statistical reports and analyses of research projects and investigational protocols; reports on progress, adverse trends and appropriate conclusions and recommendations. Trains and teaches other health care professionals including students and residents in techniques and procedures unique to specific setting. Actively participates on organizational health services committees. Performs related responsibilities as required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or Physician Assistant program. Currently licensed as an advanced practice nurse in the state of Georgia by the Georgia Board of Nursing and certified as a Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or equivalent body, or Certified as a Physician's Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). Licensed as appropriate in the state of Georgia. May require at least one year of direct experience in one or more high acuity clinical specialties. BLS and Healthcare Provider certifications required. ACLS may be required in some areas.
