JOB SUMMARY

 

Greet guests and determine the number in their party. Seat guests by finding a clean, available table; pulling out chairs; placing clean/current menu in front of guest, etc. Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance. Move and arrange tables, chairs, and settings and organize seating for groups with special needs. Ensure place settings are appropriate and each guest has a napkin, clean silverware, and any other item that is part of the standard place setting. Check menus to ensure they are current, clean, plentiful, and wrinkle-free. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and well being of guests.

 

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; and complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards. Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others, support team to reach common goals, and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Role Description:

Oak Street Health takes a team-based approach to providing outstanding patient care. The OSH Team is responsible for delivering excellent, high-touch, primary care, and coordinating the care of our patients throughout the healthcare delivery system.  Registered Nurses (RNs) are an important part of Oak Street Health’s success. Core Responsibilities:

  • Telephone support and triage for patients, scheduling problem visits or nurse visits when appropriate, offering symptom management, supporting refill requests and answering visit follow-up questions 

  • Provide patient education, particularly around chronic conditions; may occur in person, over the phone or in groups  

  • Monitoring and coordinating delivery of the care plan

  • Forming relationships with patients and their caregivers to support prevention focused care and ED/ hospital diversion, where appropriate 

  • Provide direction to MAs to support delivery of procedures, telephonic support and patient instructions 

  • Conduct medication and testing authorizations

  • Deliver an exceptional patient experience through service, responsiveness and care 

  • May periodically perform home visits

Responsibilities:



  • This position reports directly to the STSLM Project Supervisor and appointed Lead Aircraft Interiors Technicians.

  • Ensures aircraft are maintained to airworthiness standards prescribed by applicable regulations, airworthiness directives, company policies, and best practices.

  • Inspect, test, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair different transport category aircraft interiors using hand tools and test equipment.

  • Maintain the highest level of quality and integrity.

  • Adjust, repair or replace defective components based on analysis of test results, following maintenance manuals, schematics, handbooks and other technical documentation.

  • Use precision instruments and equipment to measure parts for wear, and repair or replace as required.

  • Other duties as may be deemed necessary.

  • Able to work outdoors and in inclement weather as required. Work will be performed on Commercial aircraft at the Atlanta Hartsfield Airport.


Qualifications:



  • Own Set Of Standard Maintenance Tools in a soft sided carrier (Calibrated & Specialty Tooling Will Be Provided).

  • Self-Motivated with positive attitude and able to perform with minimal supervision. Must be able to work standing, must be able to climb ladders and stairs, and must be able to lift 50 lbs

  • Able to pass background check/drug & alcohol test and Customs & Border Patrol Clearance

  • Basic To Mid-Level Computer & Organizational Skills

  • Experience working under a FAA approved Part 145 repair station required and Part 135 experience preferred.

  • Must be able to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and specifications to determine feasibility and method of repairing or replacing malfunctioning or damaged components.

  • Ability to work with little supervision to troubleshoot and repair systems on aircraft airframe and engine(s), including electrical, mechanical and hydraulic.

  • Versatility, flexibility, will be important as the schedule could include days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities


The Registered Nurse (RN) - Employee Health is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed care givers who ensure that patients/employes receive individualized high quality, safe patient care. They practice in a clinical environment that functions under the direction of the Employee Health Director and other leaders and is supported through the WellStar Shared Governance Model. The framework for practice is steered by Occupational Health Nursing Standards, WellStar 5-Star Nursing and evidence based practice and research. RN competencies are derived from these models and supported by the WellStar Core Competencies.

It is expected that all RN Employee Health Nurses are licensed, knowledgeable and uphold the practice of nursing as outlined by the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act and implements the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics Standards put forth by the American Nurses Association. As a member of the employee health team it is expected that the individual upholds the voice of the patient/employee, system policies and procedures.

The RN Employee Health Nurse provides the following services: Occupational health screenings for new and current employees, and participation in wellness programs. Additional duties include: immunization programs, tracking, managing and reporting occupational exposures, and providing education on maintaining a safe work environment. Responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of Employee Health policies and procedures. Job may require travel to work at other sites when needed.


Qualifications


Required Minimum Education

  • Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing

Preferred Minimum Education

  • Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing preferred

Required Minimum Certification

  • Current/active license as a registered nurse in the State of Georgia
  • Must have a current BLS card from the American Heart Association on the first day of employment in position
  • Once team member reaches eligibility requirements for COHN, the expectation is the team member will complete certification within one year

Preferred Minimum Certification

  • Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN) preferred

Required Minimum Experience

  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in nursing field, preferably in Occupational Health

Required Minimum Skills

  • Ability to read, write and speak English language, optimize the use of technology to support clinical care and holds basic computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative skills along with customer service skills required

Requirements

  • Minimum 21 years of age
  • Pass a Ryder Drug Test
  • Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
  • Pass a DOT physical
  • Pass a Ryder road test
  • Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
  • Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
    • 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
    • 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
    • 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
  • Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
  • Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures

General Purpose:

Perform direct resident care duties under the supervision of licensed nursing personnel. Assist with promoting a compassionate physical and psychosocial environment for the residents.

Essential Job Functions

This facility expects their employees to promote an atmosphere of teamwork with other employees and hospitality and comfort for its residents. Therefore, the following list of duties is not all-inclusive:

  • Provide personal care (i.e., grooming, bathing, dressing, oral care, etc.) of residents daily and as needed.
  • Change bed linen and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident room on a regular basis.
  • Ambulate and transfer residents, utilizing appropriate assistive devices and body mechanics.
  • Record resident vital signs, weights and measurements, intake and output, food consumption, and other information as assigned.
  • Routinely turn and position residents as necessary.
  • Observe residents carefully and report changes in condition to Charge Nurse.
  • Recognize a resident’s ability to make choices and support these within the constraints of the caregiving environment.
  • Participate in collecting data needed for the accurate completion of the MDS and the plan of care. Provide input to the nurses for development of the plan of care.
  • Provide adequate hydration to residents at regular intervals each day according to specific resident needs.
  • Prepare residents for each meal and transport to dining room (unless resident on bed rest) making sure that food tray is accessible, self-help devices are available (if needed), and assistance is provided to those residents who cannot feed themselves.
  • Keep an accurate record of food intake and output, as directed.
  • Maintain established housekeeping standards within assigned duty areas.
  • Assist nursing staff with the basics of aseptic and sterile techniques to avoid infection of residents and self-contamination of equipment and supplies.
  • Be alert for proper ventilation, temperature, light and noise control.
  • Take TPR, blood pressure, weighing of residents, etc. as directed.
  • Promptly answer call lights and other resident needs.
  • Utilize proper body mechanics when lifting or transporting residents.
  • Assist in the orientation and training of other staff, as requested.
  • Attend in-service education programs in order to meet facility educational requirements.
  • Be familiar with Standard Precautions, Exposure Control Plan, Fire Drill and Evacuation Procedures and know how to use the information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility records/information.
  • Protect residents from neglect, mistreatment, and abuse.
  • Protect the personal property of the residents of the facility.
  • Must adhere to attendance standards per Attendance Policy.
  • Others as directed by the supervisor or administrator.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current Nursing Assistant Certification from state.
  • Maintain CPR Certification
  • High School Graduate or GED
