Tier 1 Saas Tech Support

Hansen Talent Group is seeking out a Tier I/II technical support individual to work in supporting software as a service with a large company. This position is a full time, remote position.

This position is customer-facing, providing remote technical support to any clients with service/product questions of issues. This role is specially created to support customers regarding all software service platforms.

Skills Needed:

  • 1-2 years of technical support experience including call center experience
  • experience trouble shooting software platforms
  • good problem solving skills
  • high energy
  • data driven
