GENERAL

El propósito de esta posición es el de apoyar al supervisor de Calidad de MRB a realizar la identificación y segregación de materia prima no conformante recibida, así como generar las notificaciones correspondientes, y de administrar los retornos de material propiedad del cliente.

Administración y disposición de productos LSL (Limited Shelf Life).

RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Es responsable de segregar el material no conformante tanto materia prima como producto terminado.
• Generar notificaciones Z2 a proveedores para solicitar plan de acciones correctivas.
• Llevar un control y status de los regresos de material propiedad del cliente, informar a los supervisores de calidad cuando estos lleguen para que el supervisor realice el análisis del defecto.
• Realiza inspecciones y liberación de producto LSL (Limites Shelf Life).
• Disponer de materiales una vez autorizados por gerente de VS y/o Gerente de calidad.
• Solicitar al depto. de planeación ordenes de retrabajo para materiales bloqueados en MRB.
• Este puesto/función debe ser responsable de entender y seguir los requerimientos del sistema de administración de Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente, su Política, los estándares y procedimientos aplicables

• Conocimientos de computación, Windows, office.
• Habilidad de comunicación en todos los niveles.
• Estudios a nivel Preparatoria. (Deseable)
• Habilidad para el manejo de personal.
• Conocimiento de idioma Ingles 20-40% (deseable) Antigüedad de 1 año como inspector de calidad
