A stunning community in the eastern Atlanta, GA suburbs is looking for a RN Clinical Decision Unit to join a well-respected community hospital unit. The Clinical Decision Unit CDU is a Medical Surgical Unit that takes ED patients needing additional testing or care prior to discharge. This unit also takes overflow patients from other units, but Is not currently taking Covid patients.

The RN Clinical Decision Unit will join a nursing unit with a great Nurse Director with long tenure in the hospital that was promoted internally within the organization. There are currently both night shift and day shift nursing opportunities, and there is night shift pay differentials awarded, as well as weekend shift differentials. The RN Medical Surgical CDU will have a minimum of 1 year of previous nursing experience in the Medical Surgical or Clinical Decision Unit specialty and either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree.

The RN Med Surg CDU will become a member of not only a great nursing team, but of a great hospital as well. This small community hospital around 100 beds has a wonderful family feel where everyone who comes to the hospital will be nurtured and taken great care of. This hospital location is perfect for anyone who wants to live in a great suburb with good cost of living but still near the city, or someone who wants to live closer to the city but have a quick reverse commute.
