At Liberty Software, we work directly with independent pharmacies across the country and are proud to help them serve their customers and communities. We are seeking an Onsite Software Trainer / Retail Pharmacy Technician based in the Atlanta metro area as we continue to grow.

In this role, you would be traveling to our new client pharmacies to install and implement our top-of-the-line software, using your industry knowledge and technical know-how to establish a trusted relationship with the new client and ensure they have everything they need to get started with our products.

Here's a general idea of the types of duties involved:

• Provide onsite and web-based training of Liberty's pharmacy software
• Assist pharmacy staff members by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, insurance claim adjudication problems or answering general questions
• Install specified software packages such as operating systems and Liberty's proprietary software (pharmacy management suite)
• Configure and test networking settings
• Install hardware and peripheral components such as workstations, servers, monitors, keyboards, printers, scanners, point-of-sale lanes, cables and networking equipment on user's premises
• Respond to client inquiries concerning systems operation and diagnose system hardware, software and operator problems
• Recommend or perform remedial actions to correct problems
• Provide detailed updates, status and completion information to manager, problem request tracking system and/or users, via phone, e-mail or in-person communication

**While we expect this position to be based in the Atlanta metro area, the role will consist of traveling 100% of the time to clients within an established multi-state region.**
