Assists Maintenance Technicians in maintaining building and grounds at both locations.

• Knowledge of club operations and expectations
• Knowledge of how to follow instructions and work independently
• Knowledge of and ability to perform required role in emergency situations

Job Tasks/Duties

• Blow leaves/debris from sidewalks, terrace, courtyard, pool deck, etc.
• Maintains clean parking deck and elevator/stairways
• Empties trash cans
• Cleans and restocks fireplaces
• Assists maintenance technicians, as needed
• Perform other duties and tasks, as assigned

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Frequent walking, bending, stooping, lifting, climbing and pulling
• Regularly exposed to outside conditions, hot, cold, wet and or humid etc.
• Must be able to use tools, pressure washer, blower etc.
• Frequently exposed to dust, fumes, and toxic or caustic chemicals
• May need to use protective equipment such as gloves, respirator, earplugs, safety goggles, boots etc.
