Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician for one of our clinic locations in Conyers, GA.  The ideal provider will have the passion to making Piedmont and our patients better.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree (MD or DO)
• BC Family Medicine
• Active license in Georgia or eligible to obtain
• Commit to a schedule of Mon-Fri 7:30am – 5pm
• Ability to provide primary care services for ages 12 & up
