Qualifications and Experience
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Active Certified Nurse Assistant certification in state of practice
● CPR certification
● Proof of complete COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption within 30 days of employment
● Proof of Flu vaccination or approved exemption within 30 days of employment
