Atlanta Women’s Health Group, the largest OB/GYN practice in Georgia, has a current opening for a Medical Assistant in multiple offices in our North Atlanta, Ga location(s).

The candidate will assist in the examination and treatment of patients, perform miscellaneous delegated duties under the direction of a physician. Will interview patients, measure vital signs, prepare treatment rooms for the examination of patients, and other duties will be assigned accordingly. The incumbent must be able to operate a xray, EKG, and other equipment to administer routine diagnostic tests or will call a medical facility to schedule patients for tests.

We are seeking a polished professional with 2-5 years of OB/GYN practice experience to perform basic medical, technical and administrative support services in our busy practice. The ideal candidate will have a Medical Assistant certification, basic life support training (CPR), and medical systems software experience.

Electronic medical records (EMR) experience ideal.
