Precision Aviation Group (PAG) is a full service, inventory supported, MRO provider in the aeronautical field with 11 domestics and international offices. We have an opportunity for an Accessories Bench Technician in our Atlanta, Georgia office.

You will troubleshoot, diagnose and repair, down to the component level, a variety of aviation Accessories to ensure perfect function and provide the customer with reliable and quality repairs. Example components include Generator Control Units, Static Inverters, Actuators, Blowers, Fans, Searchlights, Shutoff Valves, Power Supplies, Motors. This role does not require aviation install experience, nor an A&P license.

The ideal candidate offers:

  • 3-5 years experience in bench, component level repairs on aviation Accessories
  • Knowledge of basic electronic theory

  • Knowledge of basic soldering

  • Ability to work well with a variety of hand tools on small parts

  • Strong mechanical inclination
  • Experience with multimeters, powers supplies, oscilloscopes, fixtures, panels, and test stand

  • The ability to sit for long periods of time, working in a bench environment
  • The ability to read, write, and speak sufficiently well in English to understand manuals, schematics, verbal instruction
