About Us:

We are looking for a seasoned Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with clinical experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and a desire to mentor other speech-Language Pathologists. Early Autism Services is an established ABA clinic that implements high quality programming nationwide and is expanding into a multidisciplinary clinic to provide the best possible service to children with autism.

We provide in-home ABA therapy and in-clinic ABA, Speech, and Occupational therapy to children with autism.

We Are Looking For :

• Passion for creating and implementing speech and language treatment programs for children with autism
• A strong Leader who works well with others and is approachable for questions and assistance
• A mentor to other Speech-Language Pathologists
• A highly motivated SLP with a desire to build and grow the discipline

Duties:

• Create and implement speech and language treatment programs for 1:1 sessions with children
• Collaborate with other SLP Leads in other clinics to drive a consistent Speech Therapy delivery model across clinics
• Support other SLPs to ensure high quality treatment
• Interact with parents and answer questions about the clinic and services provided
• Manage individual schedule, resolve conflicts, and create a smooth-running clinic
• Liaison between clinic and management to communicate status of clinic operations

Requirements:

• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• 5+ Years of clinical experience evaluating and treating children with autism
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Pay:

$65,000 - $75,000 annual salary
